Pureed chicken soup

According to the Journal of Nutrition, blended soups may help diners feel full longer. Fill up on these pureed cauliflower, butternut squash, and tomato soups. When we crave foods that are hearty and satisfying, pureed vegetable soups fit the bill on both counts.


Our healthier versions of traditional soup recipes are delicious meals for lunch and dinner. All of these healthy pureed soup recipes use a blender for a smooth and creamy texture.

Add stock (such as white stock, chicken stock or vegetable stock) and diced potatoes. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer until the vegetables and potatoes are tender and can be pierced with a knife, but not mushy or falling apart.
